Airport shuttle punctual and frequent. Cookies delicious, staff kind and efficient . Great restaurant on premises.

The room did not have a remote control for the TV and the coffee was decaf only. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, and he didn’t seem to give it any attention. On the other hand, the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!

This Was Our Second Visit To Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Holland, MI. First The Positive Includes Good Location, Good Condition, Cleanliness, Ammenities, Breakfast & Coffee/Tea Drinks Offered During The Day. The Negatives Would Include Morning Road Noise On The Backside Of The Hotel & Their $100 Deposit Collected At Check In Which If Paid By Credit Card Is Returned Within 2-10 Days After Departure.

Overall the property was very nice. The hotel & our room were very clean. The bed & pillows were average. The air unit was a little noisy. Neither of these things truly affected our sleep. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. The woman that checked us in was friendly. (Didn't get her name) Originally, we were staying 2 nights, but Kim really went above & beyond to help us book another night. She made it so we didn't have to remove our things & return at 3:00 to check back in. She was patient & kind. She chatted with us about our plans & on checkout asked about how they went. It was a great stay and we plan on returning.
