Clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Warm Springs. Our only complaints were threadbare towels, the toilet was not anchored properly and rocked, and the bed was a bit hard for our liking. Coffee machine didn't make much coffee at one time. Overall, it was a nice room. Very clean and no odors. Very quiet and felt very safe. We spoke with the manager on leaving and he indicated he was new and would take care of the problems we cited. He seemed genuinely interested in knowing his customers were happy.

A special thank you to Shanny who went the extra mile getting our room choice sorted out. She really exceeded expectation. Also to the morning breakfast staff who made sure I tried grits for the first time. All staff were very pleasant and made our stay enjoyable.

The checkin was ok There was a map with the keys that could have been better to show the nearby towns which had restaurants, etc in the area. Otherwise Ise the stay was great

Inn Keeper Judy is a lady who has found her calling and loves her work. She is very accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfasts were amazing! Lovely yard. Close to Callaway Gardens and FDR State Park trail system. It was our best experience of the area by far. Great hospitality.

It was a comfy bed and a quiet hotel. Staff were great and patient.

all around nice place

Property was nice a little dated, didn't realize the Inn was off the site across the highway. Wasn't able to change to the lodge on check in, even though there was availability.
