"Location was superb. Room was large and clean. The shower was much better than average, with the strongest flow I've experienced in years. The lobby reflected the hotel's heritage. Price was on par for what was delivered. Biggest negative was no view from any window. This seemed like an issue for most rooms as there were tall buildings on either side of the hotel. In summary, I would stay here again."

"The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. When I checked in Thomas was working and he provided excellent customer service. He asked what floor we preferred, suggested a restaurant, and found me a spoon. The lady working the breakfast kept it stocked and asked if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again."
