« Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

« The property is mediocre. The floors were pretty dirty. The grounds had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv didn't work. I was thankful to only be there one day. Great if you are a smoker with pets to stay for a night but that's about it. No coffee maker in the room but there was a dunks nearby. Definitely needs to be cleaned up. I never even saw any staff but the one lady at the desk. I definitely could have gotten more for the price. »

« Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment »
