Location was wonderful, everything was spotless, bed was very comfy, bathroom was great, and we didn't know it, but we got a surprise porch off our room facing the harbor. Kai, the owner, was in touch and made our stay even more comfortable offering us a car rental when the rest of town was sold out. The Firehouse
3.0 star property
Downtown Newport
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3 reviews)
"This is a cross between a hotel, a bed and breakfast, and an Airbnb. The room had a modern feel with a King-sized bed and a modern private bathroom with a shower stall - like a contemporary hotel. There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B."

The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina

10/10 Excellent
"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Shelly and Michael at the Front Desk were especially kind. Scott the bartender and Catherine our breakfast server were both very nice and customer-focused.
