« We throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful peaceful location with deer and turkey strolling around the yard. Plenty close to all the more crowded Easy Bay areas but without the crowds and high cost. Clean, comfortable with Keurig, small fridge, microwave, tv hairdryer. Host very responsive and on site. Will absolutely return when we need to be in the area. »

« Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door...

As soon as you walk in the house you see a closet with no door filled with airconditioners.
No amenities, except coffee and hand soap.Stayed for 5 nights was given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people when I arrived until I complained, then I was given nicer towels.Place not very clean.Discovered garbage under the main bed left by other guests when I was looking for a lost earring. Second bedroom had an electric outlet pulled out from the wall and closet was full of host...
