"Property has construction crates scattered all around the back of the building. They look weathered for a future project but should be better organized and covered. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was very nice and spacious. TV was small in size."

"My partner and I have stayed with Omni Boston before, but this was our first time in the Providence location! It did not disappoint, from walking into the gorgeous lobby to the warm welcomes at check-in, and laughing with the staff when we took the wrong elevators. The staff were very kind and surprised us with a free upgrade to a suite! We were only visiting for the night, and that gesture was the cherry on top! Coming in from Mass, the drive was a-okay! We parked in the North Garage which was about $28 for overnight, and the garage connects right into the hotel so you can walk right in from the garage’s 4th floor bridge! Our stay was more than comfortable, safe and fun! Such a great location since PVD Fest was going on, and saw a drag show that night! I would definitely recommend Omni Providence to friends, family and visitors!"

"The room was clean. The housekeeper were great the TV’s could be updated. They did offer a microwave and mini fridge. Coffee maker iron and board hair dryer. Breakfast was a treat. Parking was good."

"the staff was friendly, the room clean but generic.. bathroom somewhat outdated but ok View of harbor spectacular, had a frig and Keurig in the room plus an iron and ironing board. but no safe. Bed very comfortable, Air conditioning worked well. No room service but had restaurant on the property. Parking lot at the hotel and location right on the harbor and convenient to shops and restaurants. Only complaint would be the tv.. very limited shows, mostly local stations.. no cable news or shows.. an old hotel and a little tired but All in all , a good value for the money. Great location!"

"I liked the property because it is close to Eaton’s Beach and the Cliff Walk. The room was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were great. The parking spot is very convenient. The staff was nice too. They let me check in early."

"My room was immaculate. The carpet smelled new and my shower looked brand new. I may have been the first person to use it. In June I stayed up the road at another hotel that is in the same price range and it was dirty and I wouldn't stay there again. This hotel was doing construction in various rooms. I saw workers hauling around old and new carpet when I was in my room mid day. It's nice to see they are keeping everything fresh. The grounds and landscaping were immaculate. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is set back from the main drag a little bit, so its quiet and drifters don't come and wander into the lobby, as I saw at the "other" hotel. I didn't try the breakfast because I was already working by the time it was served. I didnt use the pool but it looked clean, and there were several tables to sit at. The wifi worked well. The owner (or manager, or both) was polite and helpful."
