In general, it’s nicely renovated w nautical flare in great location on Newport harbor. “Newness” was evident in slow “early “ checkin process, no electricity in room except bathroom and foyer lights. I could not get the icemaker to work down the hall. Our room had a lovely 180°view mostly of the harbor/Newport bridge compensating for lack of lighting and was a bit tight for two to navigate with two queen...
