"Horrible Check-in Experience, 30 minutes waiting in line, people cutting in line, employees extremely slow, and no sense of urgency. While this is a resort and I expected it to be busy, the lack of urgency from the staff (except the bellboys) was appalling. We had to run immediately to dinner so we got to our room when we returned. Just to find they gave us the wrong room, not the suite we ordered. Walked across the resort because no one answers the phone and the AI that they use to “assist” you is a joke. I booked via hotels (dot) com. The same lady who checked me in blamed it on Hotels and the “systems”. This is absolute bs because I am sure they gave our suite away. We negotiated a rate to stay in our current room as we were not moving all our stuff. We will see what happens upon checkout (hopes are not high). Our room has multiple light switches that don’t work, the sliding door to the toilet is jammed in the wall, the shower faucet handle feels like it will fall off. The room view of the vineyard is beautiful though."

"I’ve got to say, way exceeded my expectations. It’s set up like you’re in an east coast beach town. Really nice landscaped grounds. Nicely lit parking lot. Easy access to bathroom areas for dogs. Rooms were clean and spacious, you’ve got to use a card for the lights, which is fine. Heater and a.c worked well. The gentleman checking me in was very helpful. No noise from freeway. Comfortable enough beds. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, again- way exceeded expectations. "

"I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES. THIS TIME WAS GOOD. THE BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE IMPROVED. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS WERE THE BED SQUEAKED IN ROOM 106, THE BATHTUB WATER WAS CLOGGED AND THE WATER DRAINED SLOWLY AND THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS EMPTY. FEEL SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I STILL WOULD RETURN BECAUSE IT IS VERY DOG FRIENDLY AND STILL VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE IN A KING SIZE EXECUTIVE SUITE WHICH HAS 2 TV AND A SOFA BED. VERY ROOMY. I WILL BE BACK!"

"Beautifully updated & clean room & property; everything new. Nice landscaping, free slow level 2 car chargers, lovely lobby / breakfast area, nice amenities like a small 24-hour gym, mildly heated outdoor pool w/ lounge chairs & pool towels (no natural shade until evening but a handful of tables w/umbrellas), fire pit, & best free hotel breakfast I’ve had. The pool & basketball court r open until 10pm. Our double queen suite (1 bedroom) was nicely stocked with all the basic washable equipment you’d need to do some light cooking or reheating of food, including a dishwasher and provided dishwasher detergent! Even a brand new sponge and dish soap. The beds were medium firm. We’re used to soft beds but didn’t notice the firmness too much until I woke with a slightly numb shoulder from side sleeping. Got used to the firmness by the second night with no complaint. Our room was on the road side of the building rather than the field side, but the infrequent road noise wasn’t very noticeable and my toddler and kindergartener slept through the night with no problem. We did not hear any neighbors even though there were rooms on both sides and above and below us. Like most 3-star and lower hotels these days, housekeeping doesn’t come daily. But I was surprised that even when a request was put in at 8am, I was told it was a “late” request and they might not be able to accommodate that day. Fortunately they did, as I really needed it! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"
