The mattresses were a little worn out and soft in our room, but other than that geat place to stay for a night or two.

Super cute hotel . Pool area is adorable. Short drive (5-7 min) to downtown Newport.

In our room the carpet was very dirty the begging of the room was wood floor in which was nice but then lead to the carpet where the bed was . They need to continue the wood floor. All hotels need wood floors for cleanliness and for good looks. The chairs in the room need updating along as the chairs by the fire places in the lounge areas the sofa need replacing as well it does not give a good look that things need so much improvement there they should take better care of there appearances if they did I would have given a five star but I can't sorry folks

Promised oat milk for morning coffee- wasn’t available Water pressure was terrible Bathroom sink too small - water went everywhere Bathroom mirror was small and in the most inconvenient spot Parking was hit or miss to get a spot

We loved the higher class amenities- daily room touch up, luxurious towels, and higher grade appearance/ vibe of the property. The daily fees charged/ put on hold on our charge card were worrisome. We are used to an additional fee for other room charges in all our international travels. But, each morning we woke to a new fee added to our charge card. We were assured these would be removed once our final bill was completed. Hoping that is true.
