Exceptional customer service at Mykonos Riviera. Staff were friendly and very happy to help with organising transport and providing reccomendations. The room was excellent and we were given a free upgrade. The included breakfast was also fantastic. Great location, nice and quiet with hotel shuttle bus into town. Overall a great stay and would highly reccomend.

Second time- still a charm
This was my second stay in as many years. Two different groups/types of stays. This place is clean, nice modern Mediterranean style, wonderful pool. An excellent free breakfast came with our package. Th spa was very good. However, this hotel’s biggest selling point is the friendly and attentive staff. Bravo.

It was a great stay. Hotel staff was super attentive and supportive. Great breakfast, nice connection to main city, advice for stuff to do, etc. I will recommend my friends to stay there in the future.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Mykonos, Riviera hotel was the best in all terms, the staff they have are very friendly and helpful, a great value of money, super clean, real 5 starts hotel, their breakfast stays till 11:30am, many advantages.

It’s very close to the port. And what you see as a view are the ferries The complementary bottle of the water in our room belonged to the previous guest and marked with lipstick It should be marked as 4 stars but on the other hand super extreme friendly staff and service

The best.
This was possibly the best hotel stay ever. The hotel is modern and clean. It has a non-cliche nautical design. The rooms are large and designed well. Beyond this, this is clearly the best staff experience in Europe. It stars from the amazing check-in process and continues with the friendliness of every staff member.

Amazing!
Amazing staff- greeted us at the front door and gave us a tour of the resort. Remembered us by name during encounters and always arranged transportation and reservations for us. Views are absolutely stunning. Room is spacious and super clean.

The Riviera is a truly wonderful hotel. Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary and it was the best experience we have ever had. The location is amazing and the hotel is stunning. The staff were the stars of our stay attentive in every way possible, especially Iouionna who greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were happy every day. I would recommend this hotel to every couple looking for a romantic getaway.

Amazing service five star all the way. Be prepared to tip the front desk on every service charged to your room even on the tips you’ve given to spa staff and waitstaff. Quick note; We brought an extra person last minute and it cost us an extra grand plus upon check in. Worth it? Yes

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! We had the most wonderful stay at the Mykonos Riviera! The rooms are beautiful decorated and the bed and bedding is what you expect in a 5 star property- perfection! Soft sheets and the bed and pillows were a delight! The food is outstanding and our meals there were better then any of our meals in town. The included breakfast was over and above expectations. Thank you so much to the staff for being so friendly, cheerful and welcoming! I hope to come visit again!

When you check with Ileana with a glass a champagne, she’s amazing. Breakfast was amazing lots of choices. The entire staff is beyond amazing. Best hotel treatment I ever got. What I booked I received more. Will return back to this hotel

The property was convenient to the port. The room was fabulous. The spa was great we had multiple treatments. The pool overlooked the port and Bay. but what made this hotel so special was the service. Everyone in this hotel went far beyond what I expected.

This wonderful Hotel exceeded our expectations, which were already high. We had an amazing stay, and wished we had booked longer. The staff can make or break any place, and the staff here at Riviera all deserve a pat on the back for their customer service. The facilities are top notch, including the onsite spa, pool, bar, restaurant. I loved sitting on the balconies watching the cruise ships and ferries come and go. The Internet was super fast and reliable for work purposes. The transport into Mykonos Town regular, and reliable. Very happy to recommend a stay in this Hotel as a "destination" in it's self, not just a pre-ferry stop.

The hotel is a little ways from the town but they have a shuttle that goes to town in the evening. They should also have a similar shuttle facility during the day.

Fantastic hotel, great team, perfect location.
Beautiful hotel in a great location with outstanding views. Every member of staff is really friendly and want to ensure you have the perfect stay. Rooms are large, clean and modern with great facilities. Only issue was room had tea and coffee making facilities and provided all ingredients except for milk. Breakfast is incredible and the gym is brilliant. The hotel was undergoing some maintenance work while we were there. We understand maintenance has to happen at some point, however, the drilling was annoying at times. Other than that, the hotel and team provide a perfect stay. Looking at a return stay in 2022, but current prices are exceptionally high.

Best hotel in Mykonos
This was by far the greatest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. We celebrated our honeymoon in Mykonos and I cannot say better things about riviera. The staff is so accommodating! We were upgraded rooms and had a bottle of wine waiting for us, as well as dinner since we flew in very late. They went above and beyond to make reservations and help us stay comfortable. We will stay here again!

This is by far the BEST SERVICE I ever had in any hotel I ever stayed. They made anything and everything possible that was impossible. I don’t recommend at all!
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed in many hotels in mykonos and I this one ranks in the bottom of my list. Give I booked for almost two weeks in this hotel at a very high rate, you would think I would get kind of better treatment, but I had to tip my way through to get around in this hotel. Room service was not very clean. I was promised an upgrade since I am a gold member and actually they upgraded me to a room that was posted cheaper on the hotels.com website. The location of the hotel is also not good, it’s right infront of the new port so you would hear the ferry’s loud noise all the time.

Exceptional staff, check in was easy and comfortable. Room was lovely, we had a private pool and the size was exactly as expected with a sunset view. Breakfast was exceptional, but what we loved most about the stay was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, the shuttle to town, the hotel makes you feel special and welcomed as an old friend. They know your name and were beyond helpful in every way. Would highly recommend

Everyday something missing from breakfast served, e.g. if you ordered bacon, egg with toast, they serve bacon & egg, toast is missing, non stop asking for it for 20 mins, everything else getting cold after they serve your toast. It is not happened once, it happened for 3 continuous day like this.

This hotel was amazing. The staff made me feel like I was a celebrity. First they welcome you with a glass of rose upon arrival, they give you a tour of the facility. The facility is immaculate. The check in staff provides you with suggestion from activities and restaurants. Breakfast is complimentary with lots of optioms including alcohol options as well. Shuttle to little Venice is also complimentary. The infinity pool was athletically beautiful. The food was delicious. Most importantly the staff went out of their way to provide the best customer service.

Amazing!
Mykonos Riviera was amazing! One of the best hotels I stayed at as far as cleanliness, views, and customer service. No complaints at all. It was our anniversary and they had a complimentary bottle of wine and a card for us in the room. They cleaned our room twice and anything we wanted, they assisted right away. The complimentary shuttle to Mykonos Town was the deciding factor on why I booked with them and there were no issues with transfers at all. I will 1000000% stay here again and recommend to all of my friends.
