Was a really lovely hotel overall. Staff were warm and attentive.

I was extremely happy with my stay at the Medusa. Check-in was great, Shawn was extremely welcoming and quite rightly proud of this boutique hotel. The room I had was quiet, clean and had great water pressure and aircon. It was small but suited us perfectly. Easy walking distance to so many places, coffee shops and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. The room was clean and aesthetic. The location is ideal for transit and walking. Although we didn’t use the gym during our short stay, it was beautiful and had lots of equipment! We did stop at the rooftop bar for an evening drink and should have stayed for another! We plan to come back.

It was quiet but clean and easy parking... little bar fridge but no microwave

Great staff. Seamless check in. Great communication prior to arrival regarding limited parking. The room was small but adequate, very comfortable. Great water pressure. Would return here without hesitation.

Wow, what a fantastic experience. As a former Sydney sider now living in Canada, I booked the Harbour View Suite for my sister and I for 2 nights after first flying in. I wanted to be able to relax, get over my jet lag and also have a welcoming place for old friends to come and visit us before we moved onto our next destination. We were warmly welcomed, and on learning that we'd just flown in, were offered a lovely breakfast upgrade. The regular inclusive breakfast is already fantastic...

Was disappointed that I could not watch FIFA cup semi finals as I did not have the channel but the did have the finals on.

I loved my stay here. The location was perfect, the staff was nice, rooms were clean and the most important part: it was very quiet. Would recommend this place to everyone. Mixed guests from young to old, singles and families

Brand new hotel, very clean and beautiful. The restaurant was also very good. Unfortunately pool was closed for renovation during our stay. 😕

Good location - accessible by bus and lots of dining options nearby, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The extra touches such as the welcome snacks and power adaptor were very appreciated! The communal kitchenette and washing machines were also nice to be able to use. The drain in our shower didn’t seem like it was big enough to drain fully/properly when showering, so the floor got quite wet and slippery. The A/C wasn’t working one of the nights we were there, but I think it had been called in...

Great location for sightseeing in the city & catching the ferry. Staff were great, really polite and helpful.
