Great Stirrup Cay Vacation Packages

The place had a very boutique hotel vibe. We especially enjoyed the beach with its calm water and crystal clear water. It was very relaxing and felt very private and personal. We stayed for three nights and spend almost 6 hours-8 hours in the water. We liked that you could walk easily into the downtown and grab Quick vibes, especially at Señor frogs the Dunkin Donuts and the restaurants at Margaritaville Resort, Overal, it was a great experience and we would consider coming back again.

This was our 2nd stay after 7 years. The 1st time was better. Pros: The rooms and property were clean and well-maintained. The food and food choices were good to very good. The service hosts at the restaurants were very helpful and had the best attitudes. The beach, pool, swim-up bar, and the entertainment including the d.j. in the 24 hour bar were great! Cons: Even though friendly, the front desk staff needs improvement. I made special birthday requests for 2 of our 3 rooms celebrating my daughter and husband birthdays a month before our visit which were not only not fulfilled, but even on my 2nd and 3rd in-person requests, they still disappointed me by putting 6 balloons and blanket decorations on the bed in 1 of the rooms the evening before we were leaving. Also, in one of the rooms, the phone never worked even after maintenance came to try and fix it,and we had to ask for the chairs that go with the dining table. In the 2nd room, there was no ironing board and the iron didn't work. Finally, the plumbing for the toilets went out for several of hours.

The property is well kept the beach is amazing but the staff needs more customer care and courtesy the only people who made our stay worthwhile were 3 bartenders Denaro, Jhaim and Ralph the night shows are not entertaining the entertainment staff is only courteous towards certain customers and the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t have any updated information about the activities we weren’t unable to visit any restaurant but the buffet which actually wasn’t as bad as other people had said unfortunately when food runs out they either don’t replace it or it takes like 20 minutes for the food to be replaced at the buffet you have to help yourself to everything one day we were putting our tables together since nobody helps you sitting or setting up and a server yelled at me for setting up the tables only because that day a supervisor was on site mind you the supervisor was only there to enjoy himself because he wasn’t paying attention to anything that was happening in any area we happened to encounter him he was always on his phone while the staff tried to pretend to be working lastly if you get pool towels keep them until the end as there is never clean towels available so if you are expecting to get clean ones you will end up with none this applies to the room cleaning as well which only happened 2 during my stay and out of 2 beds only 1 was made and I was left with 2 towels for 4 people the hotel is well for families but they should work on their staff customer service
