"I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 2 kids. We had a great room, full view of the falls with 3 queen beds. The room had a microwave which was a bonus compared to other hotels. The hotel is large and can get busy at times (line for breakfast and sometimes the elevator). The hotel staff do a great job of managing the crowds. They have staff directing people to elevators to keep things moving. The pool area is really nice too. A generous sized hot tub. The pool is not that deep which I personally prefer, so this was a plus for us. The only suggestion I could make is to have the breakfast service last until maybe 10:30am (it currently finishes at 9:30am). This may help reduce the wait times. One morning I waited for 45 minutes. The location of the hotel is great! Just a short walk to the Incline Railway, to the falls. Also a short walk to the Casino. We had dinner at Copacabana which is right across the street. There’s a nice steakhouse on the 9th floor, but we didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that. Overall, great hotel, I would definitely stay here again."
