"Positives: The view was incredible even being on the first floor. Also did not realize pool was salt water and heated! The breakfast was surprisingly tasty. The housekeeping team was extremely friendly. The shuttle to town was very convenient. Cons: while we were eating breakfast, we saw that some cups had fallen on the floor and a customer picked them up, the staff ran over and helped her and then stuffed the cups that had been rolling around in the floor back into the original stack. Ugh. The person checking us in was super patient and friendly with the guests in front of us but was a bit short and ready to be done when we checked in. He was still polite but not the same level of friendly. Not a huge deal but we noticed."
