"I booked this hotel because I read about their comfy beds, and they did not disappoint—they were the comfiest beds of our entire trip. The location was also very convenient since we had an early flight the next morning. While we did encounter a few issues with the staff, such as being placed on the lowest floor despite booking a high floor room and not being informed about needing our room key to operate the lights and air conditioning, these were minor inconveniences. "The property was very nice, our room was clean and comfortable. However, the couple we were traveling with were put in a room that was not well received, it smelled very musty as if it hadn’t been used in a long time. After speaking with the front desk they were moved to a better room but they did not seem very happy about making the change. The rooms should be checked for smells prior to having any travelers assigned to the rooms."
