Not enough time for me to observe.
They have to be careful about everything.
When I asked for my receipt upon checking out, the address below my name was incorrect.

Hotel is quite nice however, hard to see from the street. Drove by it several times before I found the driveway. Other than that it’s been nice.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is only a few years old so everything is very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower was so great I could have stayed in it for hours and the bed was very comfortable. We had a kitchen in our room and everything we needed. The only thing we didn't care for were the frozen breakfast sandwiches that were available to purchase (although it's still better than airline food). It also would...

The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. However, I was very disappointed with the front desk service on October 2. Late at night, when all the nearby stores were closed, I urgently needed a sanitary pad/tampon. I asked the front desk, but was told they didn’t have any. With my toddler children, I had to drive about 30 minutes each way to a relative’s house to get one. The next day, I noticed that the housekeeping staff had tampons available. I was upset that no one could help me...
