Every single part of our stay at Grassy Flats was 5/5! Staff, room, ocean view, pool, dining, market, beach, etc. highly recommend!

I never give 5 stars but it was as advertised and good pricing and fun little spot. Keep it up folks..

The place was clean and the boat was clean and good for 4 to 6 people. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a different and better experience than a hotel

Our trip was planned to go to Key West but didn't want to pay the higher prices there so we stayed in Marathon where this motel is located. We are very glad we did as it is a little gem tucked away. We would of like to of stayed longer as we found this motel had a very relaxing atmosphere not like the bigger places with the hustle and bustle. Beautiful resort

We stayed in the main building of the property. The room was spacious and well appointed including a hair dryer and kitchenette with microwave.They have free bikes and canoes available for guests. The ladies at reception were very helpful and nice. The place is close to the Marathon Lady docks where we took a fishing trip that was great fun. There is a pickle ball court, bbq and a pool. I highly recommend. Very good, even by Hampton standards. Breakfast was hot (bacon, sausage, eggs, home fries), not just continental. The feral chicken wandering around was a nice touch.

I liked that the suites are beautiful, clean, and totally equipped with everything you need. The suite is very spacious and had lots of room to relax. The lobby has a nice sitting area where you can play checkers or just sit. The grounds are beautiful and safe feeling. There is lots of room to sit by the well maintained pool.

That you had to pay for parking

Very cool experience. The only issue we had was we got there "after hours" and there was no staff to check us in because they close early, but they left us a package with all the info. Great location and would stay there again for sure.

Room was spacious, with full kitchen. Bathroom had a window, which was not blocked. Really nice place.
