6/10 Okay

"Pleasant ambience overall, and free lighted parking are major pluses. Top The A/C unit in our room was defective. It cooled and did not leak water, BUT, it filled the room with extreme humidity overnight. All exposed clothing and paper items in the room were very soggy and damp by morning, including the bedsheets."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. Booking was easy and the check in staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was larger than we expected and nicely arranged. Comfy bed and nice shower. Oh!! Also, walking distance to the two attractions we planned to visit. Lots of eating options nearby also. Breakfast was also more than the expected. Hot, fresh and yummy. Only negative is the lighting in the room could be a bit brighter. We will definitely stay again."

"Older Motel 6, clean, good if you’re looking for value accommodations. Stayed for one week. Positive: Office staff was prompt and friendly, responsive to two re-key issues. Cleaning staff very good. Competitive pricing. Quiet property, even though most rooms were occupied. Needs attention: shower and sink water pressure excessive. Bed mattress has seen better days. Electrical plugs near bedside are located in an awkward, almost hidden position on the wall under the bedside table (non-movable). Swimming pool appears to have leaves at the bottom, needs to be cleaned. Washing machine (only one located on property) was inop, and appears to have been inop for an extended period. Air conditioner worked well,albeit a little loud."

"The rooms stunk really bad. Our room smelled like dirty feet. My daughter and families room was even worse. The room smelled super bad and the closet reeked of mold or mildew. Which made them have to pay more to go to another hotel separating us all. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. Looked like the pool was indoors but never got to use it since we were all separated. The bathroom did not have a fan. The only view was of a fence. The lady at the counter was nice and promised my daughter they would be refunded but now they are saying they don't know anything about it. Hoping they can get it cleared up tomorrow. The breakfast was nice, good coffee and big creamer bottles. Only one elevator was a little inconvenient but we were able to move to a room on the 1st floor. Said it was a 14 minute walk to the Coming King ~ not even close. You would have to walk down a highway, cross I-10 and climb a steep hill. Not likely to stay here again."
