If you enjoy a quiet, private stay, yet close enough to go into town easily, than this place would be a perfect fit. My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend in Fredericksburg for the 2024 Eclipse. We stayed at the Bird Point Cabin. The location is close enough to town not to feel far, but far enough to feel secluded and private. We were blown away by the settings of this cabin. It was beautiful all the way around. We spent a large portion of our stay on the back deck enjoying the exceptional weather for south Texas. Be sure to bring deer corn as there will be plenty of deer in your view. The hot tub was an added luxury for the evening. My girlfriend and I loved the seclusion away from town but also close enough to enjoy the restaurants. It's a perfect 1 bedroom cabin, the jetted tub is amazing as is the hot tub. The few cons were the lock on the patio door was difficult to understand at first and we worried that it wasn't locked properly.
