"When we arrived at the building, Napa 7, the place had dead bugs all over the floor, counter tops, bathroom, and bed. After pulling back the covers we found more dead bugs in the bead, hair, and make up stains. It appears the room had not been cleaned. There was also long Hairs on the toilet seat and in the shower. We requested for the place to be cleaned but was informed that having the items mentioned above met their cleanliness requirements. It was so bad my wife and I canceled our stay...
