Each cottage provides the perfect setting and location for a quiet weekend retreat in Fredericksburg, or rent all 12 cottages for your special event with family & friends. There are nine newly built cottages and 3 that are original to the property, all impeccably furnished and decorated. There is also a stunning premiere event space available to book when renting all cottages. Cottage #3 LOCATION - Located on 33 acres just outside Fredericksburg, TX off Wine Road 290 and 4 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg SLEEPS - Up to 4 people in 2 king bedrooms BATH - 2 ensuite baths each with a tub/shower combination KITCHEN - Kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator & microwave.
