The kitchen offers a microwave, toaster oven, and large refrigerator (no stove/oven). Enjoy take-out around a large dining table! Gather around the most amazing covered outdoor patio with a fireplace and relax on the outdoor patio furniture or enjoy a fun shuffleboard game as you watch your favorite sporting event. Easy drive to downtown Fredericksburg where you can find the best dining options in the Hill Country! LOCATION - 2.5 miles from Main St. in Fredericksburg, Texas HOSTS - You have the home to yourself behind Hill Country Veterinary Clinic SLEEPS - Up to 6 persons; one king bedroom & one bedroom with 2 queen beds BATH - 1.5 bathrooms with a walk-in shower BREAKFAST - No breakfast provided KITCHEN - Kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, regular & Keurig coffeemaker AMENITIES - 55" Smart TVs (3), WiFi, shuffleboard table, large covered outdoor fenced in patio with a TV, wood fireplace (wood not provided), smoker/pellet grill & plenty of seating. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance \- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm. \- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions.
