The hot tub and outdoor tv and overall vibes in the outdoor area were so perfect! « We had an event to attend at Luckenbach. This property was perfect for our needs. Private house on the property. Was perfect size for the 2 of us. It would work for 2 couples, but it could be a bit cramped if staying for more than a night. The views were great. No complaints whatsoever. We would certainly stay again. Short 4-5 minute drive to Luckenbach, and the brewery is 4-5 minutes the other way. Great listing! »

« What a great stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Inside and outdoor areas were spotless! Walking distance to all Fredericksburg has to offer yet far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Morning coffee (local coffee provided by the host is delicious) on the porch swing and an evening glass of local wine in the hot tub. I could not have asked for more. »
