Wine tasting maybe? Climb Enchanted Rock, shopping? Afterward, come back and relax in your private hot tub. Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Managed by Heavenly Hosts Permit#805600\_0438 The Space: This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. All suites have a private hot tub and private entrance. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! \- Mini Fridge, Microwave and coffee maker, coffee cups and wine glasses provided! \*Bottled water is NOT provided BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires.
