"Checking in was not user-friendly for some of those booking through a third party (no check-in email was initially received and there is no staffed desk when one arrives ). Also it was not clear if a formal checkout was needed (it wasn’t). Accommodations were pleasant. Staff responded reasonably quickly (generally within fifteen minutes). An overall good experience"
