Beautiful property, amazing style and walking distance to everything

Very disappointing experience. We traveled as a group of 16, and the only reason we still enjoyed ourselves was because we entertained each other. Check-in was poor—no welcome drink or warm towel. We were told our wristbands were guaranteed not to come off and would cost $150 to replace. Less than 24 hours later my nephew’s fell off, and Guest Services initially tried charging us until we demanded a manager. The food was the biggest letdown. Breakfast was repetitive, greasy, and often cold. Lunch was only good if you ordered fresh stir-fry. Dinner was mediocre at best. The buffet waitresses were friendly but rarely attentive. We often finished our meals before receiving water or drinks, even when only a few families were dining. The resort would not accommodate our group for restaurant reservations despite being nearly empty. Chef Roberto deserves recognition for arranging a private birthday dinner—easily the best meal of the trip. Beach service was extremely slow, entertainment was almost nonexistent, and there was little for children to do. The pools are small, rooms are outdated, and there was mold in the shower. The mosquitoes and no-see-ums were unbearable. We were bitten constantly despite using bug spray, and there seemed to be little effort to control the insect population. The only highlights were the friendly housekeeping staff, buffet staff, excursion team, coffee/ice cream shop, and Chef Roberto. Overall, this resort does not deliver the experience it claims

Clean room. Great food and staff

Colleen could not be more cooperative and reactive. We really enjoyed our stay at this very special place. We know Grenada very well and this is clearly a cut above most of the competition there. Highly recommended
