The hotel was in a great location with great staff. The building is older, but it was clean and our balcony view was amazing. For a fraction of the cost of the other hotels near. Will be returning.

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, the ocean view was breathtaking, and the beach was just steps away. The staff was kind, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation. 🌊🌴

Beautiful view of the beach. Room needs updating a lot. Chairs on balcony need replacing. Door to balcony is hard to close. Last night we were there we found roaches crawling on floor and wall on the side of the room that my grandson slept on.. I don’t recommend it. Parking lot small but parking area across street also.

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl Hotel in 30A! The staff were absolutely awesome — incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile. When our Uber fell through at 4am and we were left scrambling for airport transportation, the team went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out. Thank you! That kind of genuine hospitality is something you don’t forget. The Pearl has that perfect blend of comfort and laid-back 30A charm. But what really stood out was the people — warm, gracious and helpful in that special Southern way that makes you feel right at home.

This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. However, you cannot get help from the apartment complex with your codes etc. It’s a sublet apartment. Codes and wifi you must contact “The Landing” and not Expedia or the “Arcadia apartment office” When you check in to the Landing online, they will take you through everything. Thankfully I did screenshot each page I checked because I was never able to access their app that they ask you to download and use. You need to save the key code for the front door that you are given. Save it because everytime you need to go in the building, you must use. Then you will have a code for your apartment door. The door has a “smart door lock”. We had never seen one of these. We were totally stumped at first. They don’t explain it. It’s an all black door knob and all you need to do is touch the knob and it will light up with white numbers like a clock and you punch in the code to the apartment. You do need to turn the deadbolt away from the door jam to unlock. When you leave, make sure you deadbolt the door.
