Grand Junction condo
We stayed at this same property last summer when our son got married in Grand Junction. It is a very cute place. Nice updated kitchen/living room area. It might be time to update the bed, its getting a little "taco shellish". If you do, I would say put a bed frame that sits up a little higher. Easier to get in and out of bed and would give the room a classier look. It's a little tight for storage, but if the cleaning supplies could be moved to another spot it would allow better use of the closet. Right now it's not very usable with all that stuff in there. My other suggestion is to get the blinds fixed so one could raise and lower them. Three of the five don't work, or don't work very well. Feisty Pint is downstairs and is so handy and good food. Since last year the city has moved the homeless out of the park at the end of the block and that was a great improvement. It's a great location, just needs a little more love to make it a top notch spot to stay.

. We have stayed here in previous years but had a different host those times. We were glad the apartment checkin was still the same and amenities as well. That being said our bed didnt have any flat sheets just the pillowcases and comforter. We looked for extras but didnt find any. And when we woke up in the morning our kitchen sink had cockroaches in it. Thankfully my hubby disposed of them but a couple things that Housekeeping should maybe be aware of.

This was our second visit to Grand Junction and second time in this property...the location and access to all things downtown could not be better. The unit was perfect for my wife and I and is as described, my only complaint and really unsure how the owners can fix are the pigeons and their droppings when navigating to the unit....it does not present the unit in the best light.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Yes, it’s directly above a restaurant but we felt like the occasional noise from the restaurant was well worth the location, being within walking distance of downtown shops and eateries. It was clean and modern. We will book again!

One week stay in January
The host was responsive and helpful. The unit is on the second floor of a historic building housing residential and commercial units. The 1st floor is largely taken up by a bar and restaurant. Apparently the bar’s walk in cooler is directly underneath the unit. The walk in cooler’s metal door slams on a frequency matched to that of the bar’s activity. On a business day that door starts slamming around 6-7am and continues throughout the day and night. The door slam, which was as frequent as every few minutes for hours on end in the evenings, when the bar and restaurant are very busy, to every 10-30 minutes or so throughout the day. It is loud, startling and shakes the apartment every time it slams. Some people may not be bothered by that but we were. Also, there was constant loud music playing from down below for most of every evening and you cannhere the partying quite clearly. I like music as much as anyone but don’t need it forced on me for hours. Again, some may not care about that but it wasn’t great for us. Interior of unit is clean and nice, just know that this building was constructed in 1892, so the walls are thin for sound and insulation, and the layout and access are a bit convoluted. Location is good for downtown. The Host was consistently helpful and responsive.

This was a great little place stay! Comfortable bed and living space. Could walk to historic Main Street. Food was great, we tried 3 different places. Would definitely stop by on our next trip through!

Great Stay
The loft is in a easily assessed location, close to everything in the downtown area. We stayed there for the Tour of the Moon bike ride. It was just a couple blocks from the start and finish area so very convenient. The loft was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the decor was extremely comfortable and modern. It is above a pub but we heard no noise up in the loft. Checkin and out was easy. There was an elevator to help get our bikes up to the room (I use an ebike which is a bit heavy for trundling up/down stairs) that is a little tight but doable. Overall, we were very pleased with the loft and highly recommend it for any stay in Grand Junction.

It's all about the location!
We had a very enjoyable 2-day stay at this loft apartment. I will say that the check-in process is a bit more complicated than most, but with very accurate instructions, we had no problems getting in to the apartment. Although located in an old building, the apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable, and we certainly felt safe. The location really makes this place a great rental....you are within walking distance of Main Street shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, wine tasting bars and breweries. You will have no trouble finding a place to quench your thirst or satisfy your appetite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
