This place was top notch! The only minor issue, if you even consider it an issue, which I did not, is the distance from the city. Other than that, I loved it. Clean rooms, bathrooms, a WONDERFUL host, an adorable house dog, nice jacuzzi, 420 friendly, but did not reek of it AT ALL. I stayed with my adult kids and will definitely come back with my spouse when we come back through.

I stayed in Room 700—an executive Mountain View room with a fireplace—at the Benson Hotel, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The room felt warm and inviting right away. The fireplace made it extra cozy, and the mountain view was just beautiful. I found myself just sitting and enjoying the scenery more than once. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. The bathroom was a highlight too—the tub is huge and perfect for relaxing, and the shower was just as nice. The whole place is really well decorated without feeling overdone. The lobby is lovely, the restaurant is great, and the staff were all genuinely kind and helpful, which made a big difference. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was at night—super peaceful. The location is also perfect, with shops and a nice market nearby, so it’s easy to walk around and find things to do. Parking was simple with both valet and free options, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and just an easy, relaxing place to be.

The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.
