« Positive experience. Unit was clean. Check-in/out was easy. Private, quiet. We were there during the summer. Yes, it says apartment, but think of it as a hotel room with a small kitchen. There is no A/C. It was warm at night. This is a ski lodge so no complaints. Probably more of a winter and fall/spring place. Definitely don’t wash or dry your clothes after 9pm. They will lock the laundry room and won’t reopen it. Not mentioned in their rules but there is a small sign on the laundry room door...

« The unit was clean, cozy and spacious with lots of thoughtful efforts to make it a welcoming home away from home. We all enjoyed the quiet setting (March) and comfortable spaces throughout the unit for catching up or just relaxing after a long ski. Two thumbs up! »

« There wefe issues with this property. Ghe window crank mechanism was broken so the window doesnt close. Coffee pot did not have a pot, broken electrical outlets exposure to wires, stains on bedspread and chest, fan and ceiling lights control cords were 8 feet in the air and unreachable. Dishes were not cleaned from previous use. 1/2 roll of toilet paper, facility would not provide more, no restuarants open, under construction. There is no a/c, »

« Great amenities, we LOVED the pool and hot tubs. The whole place had a really vintage feel which I thought was super cool and it was great exposing my kids to the old school arcade room. The facilities were pretty clean, and the condo itself was really comfortable. The beds were comfy (we used the King and the Murphy bed), sheets were cosy and clean. « The studio condo was wonderful. Perfect for 2 , would be ok for 4 (doubt that 6 would have enough room). Updated, clean and well furnished. The first morning, we realized that the refrigerator had run all night. When checking, the unit had not cooled anything. (The freezer was cold enough to keep our things frozen overnight anyway). « Myself and my two children (10 and 12) had a wonderful stay in Granby for our first visit to RMNP. The condo was as described and clean, and Sandy was super responsive when I had a quick question about the microwave not working and had a maintenance worker come out immediately (turns out it wasn't plugged in above in the cabinet - duh!). Although the space is small, it was perfect for the three of us, and I appreciated the full kitchen to cook meals, as well as the close proximity to the grocery...
