Brand new and wonderfully situated, this spacious family home in Granby is a hub of outdoor activity in every season. Skier, hiker, angler, or mountain biker, you'll enjoy fantastic proximity to Granby Ranch (three miles), Grand Lake (19 miles), Winter Park Resort (20 miles), and Rocky Mountain National Park (25 miles).
As a new build just two miles south of downtown Granby, everything about this home is polished and open. The two-story layout makes an excellent home base for one family or two, with plenty of seating and space for gathering.
Begin each morning on the patio, sitting quietly with your coffee or tea. The kitchen is well-equipped to assist, offering stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and an adjacent dining room table. Unwind at the end of the day with a relaxing soak in the newly installed hot tub. Spend your evenings toasting your toes by the gas fireplace, streaming movies on smart TVs in the living room and den, and refreshing the day's gear in the washer/dryer. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

Only heat is provided. There is no AC, but ceiling fans are present in every room.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
