Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

Great size room and really good location for walking around - close to lots of bars and restaurants and the park. The breakfast is really good and the chef is lovely even giving us local fruits to try.

The breakfast menu was excellent, the staff attention was unique and personalized. We sense that the attendances really care for the customers and ready to any particular suggestions. I was in Bogotá for a dental procedure, and was a delicate situation; and all staff without exception were very attentive, and they cook to my needs in this particular situation. I can't name everyone but Vanessa , Juliana, Julian, Daniel, Andres, Luis, Carlos, all of them become like family. We appreciate the nice attention we got . Thank you . I rate this hotel 5 stars 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️
