"Apartment was clean, close to trails and town. Everything was easily walkable. View is amazing. Communication good. Lovely area and convenient parking.The cons - listing was not accurate we were in a different apartment than the description but similar to description so not a deal-breaker, description said towels and sheets included but there was an extra charge (we decided to bring our own). "We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "
