"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend! "

"The villa was better than expected the description did not do it justice. Boris was a great host he organized a really good chef for us twice a week , the food was fantastic.We stayed for 6 weeks. He also recommended a great restaurant for my wife’s birthday , which we would not have discovered ourselves . Super ruhige Lage (mit Meerblick) und trotzdem ist man in 10-15 min am Meer/Stadt. Im Ort gibts Bäcker und Supermarkt! Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!"

"The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. "Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, mitten in Novigrad. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und auch nach ein paar Metern am Meer. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Erdgeschoss eine große Wohnküche, oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation. Wir haben unser Auto an der Sporthalle abgestellt, da es dort am günstigsten ist, da musste man ca. 15 min hin laufen. Parken direkt an der Ferienwohnung ist nicht...

"Very nice villa in a great part of Istria for trying wine and eating great food. It is next to a really good local restaurant and their wine shop/ bar. You can reach Umags very chilled beaches in 20 minutes easy drive. Other wineries can be reached after a longer walk or short drive. The property had really good set up with loads of glasses, plates and pans. Definitely recommend."

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. "Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting).
