It is close to cruise port. Furniture is tired looking and needs to be replaced. Shower is tiny and only usable for small children. Street noise is unbearably loud. Unit needs better windows to muffle noise. Unit has trigger fuse that needs to be reset when it is triggered. Stairwell is dark and smelly - it's a mid-century block of flats, so no excuse of old-world charm. There's a button somewhere to turn the lights on for 10 seconds... or is that someone's doorbell? Room was clean enough, but dated; the sofa was old and flaking. Most worrying was the balcony railing which had clearly been fixed at some point, but was coming away from the wall with chunks of loose, cracked cement threatening to fall two stories below. Wasn't an ocean view as promised - was a street view which entertained my boy despite the noise and traffic fumes. The actual building and reception area lacks any warmth or character so the place is ideal providing you are not looking for any kind of hotel 'atmosphere.'
