« The room was relatively clean though I killed 2 spiders in the bathtub. The room was so hot that the air conditioner couldn't cool it down until after midnight.
The person at the desk was very annoyed that I had a dog though Expedia said they were pet friendly when I made the reservation. We won't be back. »

« Room and hotel was ok , the poor review comes from family getting stuck on elevator while going down for breakfast, when we first checked in and went up to out 4th floor we joked the the elevators (we ready ro break ) from all the clanking noise they where doing, missing essential hardware and keys for firefighters to open manually, unsure if elevator maintenance guy has arrived yet, no help from staff and other staff members i seen giving (hi fives ) to each other while laughing .
