I enjoyed staying within walking distance of the main campus of the University of Western Brittany (UBO) where I had some meetings. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. But one light bulb was broken and the internet was so spotty that I could not use my laptop. Still, all considered, good value for my money.

Clean hotel but only had 6 pieces of tissue paper in bathroom.
Also room had a clunky noise all night coming from some aeration column. When I mention thos at check out at (4am) night clerk did not care or write it up for management
