We loved it but there were a whole bunch of conferences going on. We had to leave the pool for them to have a private event and that wasn’t great because we were paying for the use of the facilities just like them. Other than that, it was clean and the view was great, lots of parking (paid) and the pool was so nice and warm, even on the cooler days.

We all enjoyed our stay, love the hotel, it’s pretty new, the mattress are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the staff are very friendly, close to the malls, restaurant and theme park. We’re definitely coming back.

Family of 4 with 2 teens, had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite.
We arrived early morning expecting to leave our luggage in storage but we were lucky enough to be checked in early. Redeeming our park tickets in the hotel made our park visit that much easier. The shuttle to City Walk was fast and convenient.
We ate dinner on-site 2 nights and it was delicious.
All staff we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful.
