« We booked here (2 nights) and was told we would be able to use the rooftop bar to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We even called before booking to ensure the bar would be open and accessible and were told yes. 4th rolls around and we start seeing signage stating the rooftop bar was booked by a private party and no guests were welcome up there. « Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« C’est ma pire expérience à vie!! La chambre 416 n’avait pas été nettoyée et il y avait encore des graines de pain ou de biscuits sur la chaîne et le comptoir! J’ai donc demandé à changer de chambre mais c’était pas mieux dans la 412. Il N’y avait plus de papier de toilette sur le rouleau, pas de rideau de douche et des traces de sang sur 2 des 4 oreillers! Eurk! Je suis descendu au Front Office pour me plaindre poliment et la dame sans s’excuser et dire un seul mot m’a remis 2 nouveaux...

« Please remove this hotel from your website. I don’t believe you guys should promote them, it will bring more harm to your reputation, than good. The hotel smells like a mixture of cigarettes and weed (although they claim no smoking is allowed). The power went out for an entire day, and not once did the staff communicate with us, in regards to a resolution or provide any reassurance that we’d be okay. « Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left. »
