Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. (Late Feb 2026) Everything about it was fantastic! Location, facilities, breakfasts and bar, cleanliness and above all else the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and would easily return without hesitation.

The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. However, there was some kind of an exhaust pipe going through the room. Next to the outside wall. It would turn on periodically with a very loud noise.
