He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. "This property is horrible. We booked for 3 nights only stood one night and left. I tried to ask for a refund and was told I couldn’t because it was booked thru a 3rd party. This place is unbelievable the smell, foul! Like unbearable. everything is rusted from the entrance door handle to the bathtub handle. wires just everywhere, windows covered in a foggy film. place looks deserted as it really should be. They need to shut down. I have so much to say about this place. Nothing good unfortunately "
