They also made everything seamless by organizing my airport transfers and local transportation, which I really appreciated. My only feedback would be to improve the WiFi signal in the rooms. I had to step out onto the balcony to get a signal. Pool view. Comparable to the Days Inn in the U.S. in terms of quality, a lot of mold in the bathroom area. Maid service came everyday regardless if you put the tag on the door or not. Bring your own pool/beach towels. The outdoor area was nice. It would have been nice to receive service by the pool. The food options were limited, however I went out to get food. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to Store Bay, 15 minute walk to more restaurants. Staff was friendly. My room was ready upon check in which was great after a long day of travel. The hotel tell is very close to the airport. WiFi is no good in the room. First, I would like to say that the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. That said, I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the all-inclusive package. When booking an all-inclusive stay, I expected a more comprehensive experience. Upon arrival, there was no bottled water or drinks available in the room, and I later learned that only certain beverages were included. Bottled water and some local drinks, such as Carib beers, had to be purchased separately, which was unexpected. Additionally, I noticed that there was no lifeguard on duty at the beach area, which would have been reassuring from a safety perspective. The food itself was very tasty, and compliments to the kitchen staff; however, the selection was fairly limited. Between meal times, there were also no real snack options available, which would have been a nice addition to the all-inclusive offering. Overall, I would rate my stay a 3 out of 5\. Despite these setbacks, I did enjoy the friendliness of your staff and the relaxing atmosphere, and I would still recommend Tropikist Resort to others—with the understanding of these limitations. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. The room was extremely bright. Thankfully they sent someone to cover the window which made the brightness not so bad but you would think it is morning in the room even when it is nightime. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was only one hiccup. I massaged the hotel a few days before my trip to set up airport transfer, as it shows on Expedia that they offer airport shuttle. When we arrived in Tobago, we looked around about 20-25 minutes for the airport shuttle but did not see anything from our hotel. When I called the hotel multiple times and the phone would ring but there was no answer.
