As mentioned in the listing, the path from the parking to the treehouse is a somewhat steep wooded trail, and there is a ladder up to the loft bedroom - so this would not be great for those with mobility issues. Everything was very clean and with clear instruction. We came during a heavy snow and were able to enjoy a winter wonderland retreat -Trevor even assisted us getting in and out with our small vehicle.
