The troubadour is becoming our go to place to stay when we sleep in New Orleans. The location is great. Very close to superdome and only a 15-20 min walk to the quarter. We enjoy it very much.

Air conditioning and gym were great. Pool needs more lounge chairs and better scenery. A big space not best utilized. Add palm trees, umbrellas, entertainment (screen) on the big empty wall. Outdoor jacuzzi?

The hotel is fabulous, with lots of extra amenities…rooftop bar, restaurant, great breakfast cafe. My only warning is be sure to turn your key in and DO NOT lose it!!! Key replacement is a whopping $250. We were checking out the hotel for wedding room blocks for 2027, but due to this policy unfortunately we are looking elsewhere.
