"Very clean pro"

"There was almost never hotel available at the lobby. The only time we saw some was when we checked in and out. There was 1 elevator and it was small and someone had scratched the panel so badly that it looked smashed. The carpet in the hallway was filthy. When we walked in the room, it looked plain and clean. When we turned on the bathroom light, the tile on the floor was cracked, busted and had a chunk of tile missing. The water was dripping heavily from the bathtub faucet. When we pulled the knob up for the shower, the whole faucet came out of the plastic wall. It was clear there were issues above and around the shower head but they tried to hide it by painting it a dark gray color. That is the worse bathroom we've ever seen. The air conditioner worked and the refrigerator froze our drinks. The bedspread on the bed was paper thin and there were no additional bla kets available to use. We had 2 rooms. My son's room was next to ours but connected to another room. In the room attached to my son's room was an older couple smoking pot the whole weekend. We tried to find hotel staff to let them know and to make them stop, but we could not find anyone until Saturday evening. The couple had a cat in the room and also had their window open clearly trying to have the smoke go outside. Nothing was done. This is, I would like to say the worse room I've rented from Hotels.com, but it is the second worse room we ever rented. This hotel was not worth half of what we paid. Do not rent!"

"Our stay was wonderful, and the house was perfect. The host communication was great, and they even left us a bottle of wine. This was a quiet, homey place to stay while we visited some local attractions. It's close enough to Albuquerque without being inside the city."

"Leaves a lot to be desired.!!!! Hot tub was cloudy and full of insects!!! The tub was about 200 yards or more from the so called casita. The path was unkept dirt path and unlit very dark. The scenic views were of a hill with sage brush. The drit paths were unkept and dark. There are old run down buildings on the property. There was suppose to be milk, eggs, bread for breakfast, the fridge was empty. If you want to get dinner you have to drive to Santa Fe. Which is 34 minutes from the place. The nearest town is Madrid and everything closes at 4pm!!! The road up to the place is not maintained and very narrow and dark .There is no TV. And the casita is more like a old studio apartment. The bed was hard and crickety. No privacy!!! The porch to casita porch faces the main house windows and is right in front of the dirt parking. The Cerrillos town looks abandoned and run down and everything was closed. The whole property looks very run down. I recommend staying in Santa Fe. You get more for your dollar. The worst place ever!!!!! No GPS sent host message for maybe help with directions and was told to pretty much find wifi and download map. Didn't mention in the instructions that you would have no GPS at a certain point."

"We stayed in a beautiful home in a safe, quiet community. Lots of places to walk our dogs. The house is very convenient to a pharmacy, gas station, grocery stores and great restaurants. Could not have been happier."

"We had a great stay overall at this Santa Fe home!!The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.One thing to note is that the main living area is upstairs. While it does offer nice views and great natural light, it can be a bit challenging having to carry things up and down, especially if you have knee issues.That said, the home is well-maintained and a lovely place to stay!!"

"We gathered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for a board meeting and expected a comfortable, safe, and well-prepared property, particularly given that members traveled from multiple states. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet these expectations.Several basic essentials were missing, requiring us to purchase items ourselves despite the cost of the stay. We also experienced ongoing issues involving a neighbor, including complaints over minor matters without clear communication, which caused unnecessary stress and required significant time coordinating with the property owner.Additionally, some board belongings, including cigarettes and a lighter, were not returned, and it remains unclear how these items were handled. We encountered multiple maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns, including an unusable bathtub, a flooding sink, insufficient cleaning supplies, very low beds, and bathroom safety issues such as the absence of grab bars and shower mats. A poorly visible step into the living room also presented a tripping hazard.Finally, the tone of the house policies felt overly focused on warnings and penalties, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we hope these concerns are addressed to improve future guests’ experiences."
