Don’t have high expectations. The room cleanliness was acceptable, but the bed sheets were not very clean. When we pulled back the top sheet, we noticed dirt and stains on the sheet underneath. The carpets were also dirty, and I woke up with several bites, although I’m not sure whether they were from mosquitoes or another type of insect. The outdoor pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. One thing I found frustrating was that guests are asked to wait while staff check the minibar before checkout. Since the hotel can charge guests afterward for any minibar usage, holding people up in the lobby especially those rushing to catch a flight doesn’t seem necessary. The staff experience was mixed. Some of the front desk employees were friendly and helpful, while others seemed uninterested. On the positive side, the location is great and the price is reasonable. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can find food and basic necessities, and there is also a bakery and coffee shop within walking distance.

Everything was good except the location. Very hard to reach the hotel with car or taxi
