Goasnoat Vacation Packages

The staff were all super helpful and experience overall was fantastic, you get actual room keys that you leave at reception. A nice touch these days. A gem in the middle of Rennes. 2 min walk from an the airport bus. Good dining and bars right there & proper market full of delights.

Excellent location, beautiful indoors and lobby, helpful staff. All great except the rooms could do with a bit of updating.

Positive: Unique decor, comfortable bed, clean bathroom facilities. Pretty outdoor space. Caters to a young-ish crowd. Breakfast pretty good, dinner outstanding. Less positive (constructive criticism?): Some staff were great, others not so much. Did they need more staff for such a large hotel? Was there for four nights - cleaners came two times (another day it was late afternoon). Seems like they had too much to do. Other four star hotels have coffee makers in the rooms, more than instant coffee and a couple of tea bags and paper cups, more than water in the fridge (other beverages? snacks?)

Hotel room was basic but very nice and extremely quiet. It was an easy walk to anywhere in the old town. Only problem was staff lost my reservation for a parking spot, but we worked that out.

Good breakfast, and clean room. I will use this hotel again if I visit Rennes in the future.
