A majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Love the literary themes. Had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

The property was nice in appearance. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast would benefit from more food. They ran out of different items before the close of breakfast. Our suite was humid even with the thermostat set to 68…just could not get humidity out of the room. The ac was a bit noisy also.There was pot smell a couple of time in the elevator. Parking was a bit annoying as it is more expensive to self park than to valet. Small valet area a make it more challenging for unloading and loading. The valets was very helpful. I personally didn’t like area. I would not stay there again.

Room was clean but dated. The A/c in the living room dining area did not work

We moved here after staying at a very concerning hotel for two nights, and we were with a large group of soccer families. It was wonderful that the staff were able to accomodate all of us.....I think 10 or so rooms within a few hours. Kim and her staff were very courteous, helpful and kind to all of us. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and I especially enjoyed the ease of the parking so close to the entrance. The front desk staff helped me and others with finding a safe and suitable laundromat when we found out we were staying an extra two days, due to our winning record! Our team and families were welcome to use the lobby for our team lunches/dinners, and the staff were helpful when we were cleaning up our mess. The temperatures in the guest rooms were great, and the beds were so very comfortable. Anytime we called for extra towels, cups or whatever, the staff obliged us within just a few minutes. We would stay here again!
