Staff on arrival and departure extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything is clean although it does look a little tired and probably needs updating. Having said that, my bed was extremely comfortable, sheets and bedding a delight, Shower and bathroom spotless and I also felt safe in this hotel. Location is right in the centre of the Lace district, lots going on but I was in the back of the hotel and slept like a baby! "Looked clean but wasn’t as I found bug in the towels . Also during the heatwave didn’t provide air fan but after many requests they did . Outside my window was bench with sitting people which made us to not open the curtains"
